Donna received her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in Rhetoric and a Minor from Berkeley’s Haas School of Business in 2002. She then returned to her hometown of Los Angeles to attend Loyola Law School where she dedicated many hours to being trained in mediation and working at the on campus mediation clinic. While in law school Donna also had the opportunity to extern for Judge Stuart Rice while he was presiding over Probate trials.

In 2008, Donna was admitted to the California State Bar and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She immediately began working in bankruptcy handling a high volume of Chapter 7 filings.

Donna has always had a dedication to helping out in her community. Starting in 2003, she began volunteering for Chrysalis, a non-profit job resource center for the homeless. Eventually Donna found her way to Simon & Resnik where she now also enjoys working to help her clients save their homes.

Donna is fluent in Hebrew and conversant in Spanish. She enjoys the arts, traveling, tennis and spending time with her family and friends.
