Kevin Simon is regarded as one of the foremost experts in Consumer Bankruptcy & Real Estate Law in Southern California. He is a keynote speaker to real estate professionals regarding the interplay between bankruptcies, short sales, loan modifications, real estate sales and refinances. In 2001, Kevin was forefront in orchestrating the refinancing of Chapter 13 clients with conventional lenders, which lead to over 1,000 of the firm's clients to refinance and save their homes. Kevin took this same creative and novel approach in developing the firm's highly respected loan modification department. Over 80% of Kevin's clients are referred from current and former clients, accountants, real estate professionals and lawyers.

Kevin is passionate about his responsibility to save his client's homes and to relieve their emotional distress associated with financial hardship. Immediately, clients are put at ease as he confidently provides a straightforward approach and strategy to resolve each client's unique financial issue. With over 14 years experience representing both individuals and lenders, Kevin is committed to the belief that it is his responsibility not to be indifferent to people in need and dedicated his practice to representing individuals. This conviction is translated in his ability to work with clients and problems that other attorneys refuse. It is a widely held belief in the consumer bankruptcy community that, "if Simon cannot handle the case, then the case cannot be done." Kevin instills his beliefs in the community, as he coaches youth baseball, basketball, football and soccer teams. Kevin graduated Cum Laude from the University of California at San Diego and received his law degree from the University of San Diego. Kevin is married and has three children. He is an avid runner and admits that many of his best arguments in court develop while he "pounds the pavement" running through the neighborhood.
